Private tutor in math and reading I am a full time teacher, currently in my seventh year. I've taught 3rd, 4th, and 1st grade. Now I am a math interventionist/Instructional Coach for both elementary schools in my district. I am passionate about learning and passionate about children. I cherish those "Ah-ha" moments when challenging concepts finally click for students. I've recently moved into an instructional coach/interventionist position and would like to spend more time working with students.

Hobbies
I have a 1 year old son who I love spending time with, taking to the park, and zoo. I love being outside and being active. I feel like movement can often help children connect to their learning and create long-term learning. I love reading both to learn and just for enjoyment. I'd like to spend some more time traveling with my family in the near future.
